We want every buyer to be able to use what they paid for. Here is exactly when we refund.

Starter (₹199) and Placement Pack (₹499)

• Can't access or open the files? Contact us within 7 days of purchase. If we can't fix the problem within 2 working days, we refund you in full.
• Paid twice by mistake? We refund the duplicate payment in full.
• Because the files are delivered instantly and can be kept, we don't refund simply for a change of mind after download.

Signature (₹999)

• Before you submit your intake form: full refund on request.
• After writing has started: no refund, but you get your included revision round to make it right.
• If we miss the 48-working-hour delivery (from your complete form) by more than 3 working days, you may choose a full refund. You keep the Placement Pack files.

Next Step Live workshop (₹99)

• Can't attend? Contact us before the session starts to move to the next batch, or ask for a full refund.
• If we cancel a session, we refund you in full or move you to the next batch — your choice.
