1. What you are buying

Next Step products are digital career-preparation materials (Starter ₹199, Placement Pack ₹499), a done-for-you resume writing service (Signature ₹999) and a live online workshop (Next Step Live ₹99). Prices include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise at checkout.

2. Your licence

When you pay, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, edit and use the materials for your own job search. You may edit the templates to create your own resume, cover letters and profiles. You may not share, upload, resell, republish or distribute the files (including in Telegram/WhatsApp groups or file-sharing sites). Files may carry your name and email as the licensee.

3. No guarantee of results

Next Step helps you prepare and present yourself better. We do not guarantee interviews, shortlisting, selection, job offers, salary levels or timelines. Hiring decisions are made only by employers.

4. Accuracy of information

We check facts that change — test patterns, tax and salary rules, legal references — against official sources and show a "Verified on" date. These can change after that date. Tax and salary content is general information, not tax, legal or financial advice. Always check your official test invitation and your offer letter.

5. Company names

Names such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Cognizant are used only to describe their publicly reported hiring processes. Next Step is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any company named.

6. Signature service

The 48-working-hour delivery time starts when your intake form is complete (including a target job description). Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST, excluding public holidays. One revision round is included if requested within 7 days of delivery; a revision covers wording, order, emphasis and corrections for the same target role. A new target role is a separate paid service. You must give true information; we write only from what you provide and will not invent experience, skills or numbers.

7. Workshop

Workshop dates and joining links are shared on WhatsApp and email. If you can't attend, contact us before the session to move to the next batch. Recording or redistributing the session is not allowed without our written permission.

8. Fair use and conduct

Don't use the materials to create fake documents, misrepresent your qualifications or deceive employers. We may stop service to anyone who abuses support channels or shares paid files.

9. Intellectual property

All Next Step content, design and branding belong to Kalinga Sovereign AI Pvt. Ltd. Your own resume content — your name, details and experience — remains yours.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
